01 · 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AI4GAMEDAY ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
02 · 2. Description of Service
AI4GAMEDAY is a sports analytics and research platform that provides data-driven insights, predictions, and analysis tools for major sports leagues including MLB, NBA, NHL, NFL, MLS, NCAAF, EPL, and IPL. AI4GAMEDAY is not a gambling platform. We do not facilitate, encourage, or support any form of sports betting, wagering, or gambling activity.
03 · 3. Account Registration
You must create an account to access the Platform's analytics features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
04 · 4. Subscription Plans
AI4GAMEDAY offers a single monthly subscription ($9.99/month) with full platform access. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of your billing period.
05 · 5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use AI4GAMEDAY for any illegal purpose, to resell or redistribute data without permission, or to attempt to reverse-engineer our analytics models.
06 · 6. Intellectual Property
All content, models, algorithms, and data presentations on AI4GAMEDAY are proprietary. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
07 · 7. Research-Only Disclaimer
AI4GAMEDAY is a research-only platform. All predictions, probabilities, analytics, and insights are generated by statistical models for informational and research purposes only. We make no guarantees about accuracy or future outcomes. We do not operate a sportsbook, accept wagers, publish odds, or facilitate gambling in any form. Any use of our analytics outside this platform — including any decision to wager in a jurisdiction where that is permitted — is at your own risk and is neither endorsed nor supported by AI4GAMEDAY. 08 · 8. Limitation of Liability
AI4GAMEDAY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
09 · 9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
